The Barron Spotlighters are pleased to have Rice Lake Mayor Justin Fonfara appearing in a role for their holiday murder mystery dinner “The Santa Strangling”. Mayor Fonfara will be playing a fictional mayor in the production who dresses up as Santa for a special holiday party. This holiday murder mystery show will only be performed on December 10 and 11 at the Barron VFW.

“This is a role that was made just for me!” quipped Mayor Fonfara. “Having an actual mayor play the role of a mayor in a regional theater production is perfect, and to be able to dress up as Santa as well is a special treat. I hope I can do the role of fictional mayor and Santa justice.”

There are a limited number of tickets available for each performance. Saturday’s show starts at 5pm and Sunday’s show starts at 11:30am. Tickets are $40 per person for these special shows and include a meal and feature a cash bar. Tickets are only available through the Barron Spotlighters website: www.barronspotlighters.org.
